The EMASIA association
EMASIA is a association constituted in accordance with the French law of 1901 concerning non-profit organizations. It brings together students from the Ecole des Mines d’Alès, the Centre de de Formation des Apprentis (Apprentice training center), the IUT of Nîmes ( University of Nîmes Institute of Technology) and from the Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Clermont Ferrand ( Graduate business school of Clermont Ferrand). After our successful ending in the 2010 SIA trophy, we decided to extend this structure in order to push our passion for the automotive sector .
· Solution design, modeling and simulation division:
(Ecole des Mines d’Alès) 
In charge of designing the project, defining new innovations to incorporate to the project.
Digital assembly operation work, project monitoring. This division is in charge of the connection between all the parties involved in the project.
· Electronic and automatic division :
(IUT de Nîmes)
Electrical equipment sizing following the specification, equipment sourcing, help with the electrical circuit fitting, motor and load tests.
· Communication division :
( Ecole supérieur de commerce de clermont ferrand)
This division is in charge of promoting the project, creating communication materials, finding sponsors and organizing numerous media events to which EMASIA attends.
· Realization division :
(Centre de Formation des Apprentis d’Alès, EMA, PGO) 
Physical realization of the project, elements assembling, vehicle repair and maintenance.
Weekly (or bi-monthly) meetings are hold in Alès, more often on Thursdays, in order to debrief on the current situation of the project and take the right directives at the right time.
